Soul School Policies and Procedures

 

 

 

  1. Prior to the launch of the course on Feb 7th, the Healing Contract form and intake questionnaire must be filled out and returned to me. Please email to: [email protected]

 

  1. Payment is expected to be paid in full prior to our first official coaching session, unless otherwise and previously decided upon by us.

 

  1. You have the opportunity to book two 30 minute laser-focused coaching calls with me during Feb 7th-Feb 28th 2022. You can book your sessions here: https://heartfeltherbs.setmore.com                                   It is your responsibility to access the live zoom coaching calls at the time we schedule them. This may involve downloading the zoom app or creating a free account with them. Links for the call will be provided by me at least 24 hours in advance of our session.

 

  1. It is your responsibility to communicate proactively should you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This needs to be done with at least 24 hours notice or you forfeit your call.

 

  1. You are also able to send me voice messages which I will respond to during the course ( Feb 7th-28th 2022) via the app Telegram. You may send as many messages as you need. My commitment is to always respond to you. You accept the that timeframe in which I respond will be flexible and bears zero relation to you or the content of your message.

 

  1. I will never confirm nor deny your participation in the coaching process to other people, including your family.

 

  1. Coaching notes are minimal, kept in a secured location, and would provide little to no benefit should they be a part of a witness summons for any unforeseen reason.

 

  1. COACHING IS NOT A FORM OF THERAPY. We will explore primarily your present environment/life. We will explore your thought processes, belief systems, the stories you’ve created in your head that work both for and against you, and work to create maximum success in all that you do by pouring massive amounts of love and understanding into your perceptions thereby creating shifts to move in the direction you desire for yourself. Naturally some retrospect will provide insight in that endeavor, but it will not be where we spend the majority of our time together. Belle does not provide therapy or counseling services.

 

  1. In between our sessions if any questions or concerns come up that cannot wait until our next scheduled time, I invite you to send me a voice message. I will respond as soon as I can. Timeframe is not guaranteed.

 

  1. At the end of most sessions we will have decided on homework (“fieldwork”) for the coming days. I encourage you to complete these assignments (they may be affirmations, reflections, journaling, etc.) and be ready to discuss how it went at your next session.
  2. You will have access to the content of Soul School to use at your own pace and return to. You agree that you will only use the content of this course for your own personal learning and growth. All content belongs to and is created by Belle Benfield. You agree not to share the content with other people or to reproduce the content in any way. Violation of this agreement by you will forfeit your access to the course content and may result in legal action.
